2025 has been a crazy year
What will happen next?
My theme for 2025 was "transformation."
I wanted to grow so much that I became unrecognizably better than I was before. That was the lens through which I have made decisions. Transformation means to me that I set goals and REALLY try to hit them. No messing around. I am doing this in multiple facets of my life.
And what year it has been so far!
Filled with novel experiences and growth. I:
Hired personal stylist (that was a comical experience)
Created an innovative language acquisition approach
Restarted hosting weekly language meetups
Got well into learning my 6th language
Increased my confidence at work
Dated for the first time in ages
Worked out more often
That’s a lot.
I’m not sure I have fully processed it all.
It has also been a lonely year, but in a good way. I'm making my OWN decisions that often, nobody around me really understands. The people I know are, in general, puzzled by my behaviour, like "what is Azren doing??"
But I'm making a bet on me.
I want to see what happens if I just do what I think is right. I think doing so is a win-win. Best case scenario, I reach all the goals that matter to me. Worst case scenario, I’m super wrong and I end up with a bunch of funny stories about the time I was being a silly goose.
Both sound like a real win to me!
Venturing into unknown territory seems to be worth it, no matter the outcome because it's a win-win no matter what happens next. For the remainder of the year, I plan to stay on this roller coaster. I want more new experiences and more growth. I want to become better than before in my business, confidence, skills, personal relationships, health, and finances.
