Hey Azren - listen up. I know you live with fear.
You are scared of not having money.
You’re scared of never finding anyone to date. Even if you did find someone, you’re afraid of not being able to navigate different aspects of the relationship due to your lack of experience in this realm.
You’re scared of never getting married.
You’re scared of being unable to look after your sister. You’re also scared of being unable to survive and look after your family after a disaster that wipes society out in your city, province, country, or the world.
You’re scared of being alone, particularly in the face of a catastrophe.
Furthermore, you are hard on yourself.
This is particularly because you don’t feel like you’re doing everything you could to address those fears. You also haven’t defined to yourself what it would mean to do everything you could to address those fears. What you keep in the dark often causes you anxiety and emotional distress.
Once you define that to yourself Azren, your fears likely won’t go away. However, you will have more peace of mind. You’ll know you’ve aligned your actions to address your fears.
Do that, Azren, and then let’s talk again.
Sincerely,
Azren
PS - Remember not to dwell. Make decisions as a way to solve problems. Don’t think too much. Maximizing the number of conscious micro-decisions you make will guide you to the solution. Don’t worry about making mistakes. Aim to win the game 192 to 184 instead of 2 to 0.
Definitely relatable. Thanks for the vulnerable share.
