30-second summary
Many language learners get nervous when speaking. Thankfully, there is a simple fluency framework I’ve created called PIFSA. It will allow you to speak more confidently and fluently. In my experience, PIFSA is a “magic fluency solution” because it works remarkably quickly - even for beginners!
To make it easy to learn the PIFSA framework, I’ve created a 1-page cheat sheet for you. Contact me if you want it!

I have created a number of “Fluency Frameworks.”
My favourite one is called PIFSA. Using it makes me more fluent and confident. It also had this effect on other language learners I’ve taught it to.
I created a PDF bundle to explain the framework. It also includes a 1-page cheat sheet. If you’d like to be one of the first to purchase it, contact me.
Here are a few images from the PDF.
The “click here” above won’t work because it’s an image. Click here instead to see a short video demo of PIFSA in action.
I created a blank PIFSA “cheat sheet” for you to print and fill out.
Keep it handy to facilitate smooth conversations. I’ve also made one specifically for French and Spanish learners that I’ve filled out for you. Simply print it and use it!
Here is an example of what the cheat sheet looks like.
Contact me if you want to purchase the cheat sheet.
Once you have it, first practice PIFSA at home and then use it in real conversations! If you don’t want to purchase the PDF, you can instead use the “PIFSA - Example” image above as a template to create your cheat sheet :)
PS: I run PIFSA workshops
My students become more much more fluent and confident after one single session. It’s the closest thing to a magic solution to rapidly boosting fluency I have ever seen. mastering PIFSA is just so mind-bogglingly effective.
Fill out the contact form on my website if you would like more info about signing up for a (paid) PIFSA workshop. Currently I offer them for French and Spanish.
Great information. So interesting. I’m going to practice this. Thank you so much!
