It’s a scary and, yet, hopeful book.
That’s the effect of the truth, I suppose. So far, I feel afraid because I’ve never read anything that concisely spells out how much suffering is in store for me if I don’t take a serious, long-term approach to my health.
On the other hand, I also see that there is hope. Have a read through page 40 below.
Taking transformative action daily.
I wrote about this yesterday. I’ve been focused on making decisions daily that are likely to lead to rapid radical improvements in my life. Starting this book was one of the two transformational decisions I made today. I feel like my brain is rewired.
Let’s see what transformational choices I make tomorrow.

That sounds like a very interesting book with a lot of useful information. My favorite author for healthy living and self improvement is Dr. Sanjay Gupta. In fact it was his book on keeping sharp that prompted me to begin my study Spanish in my 70s.
